We want you to be happy with your shopping experience with Speed RC and the products purchased from us!  If you need to return any new and unused products to us, we will be happy to accept your return within 90 days from the purchase date.

How To Return Merchandise To Speed RC

• Please contact our Customer Service team by Online Chat, Email, or Phone (1-844-722-2771).  Please provide the Order Number and the Part Number(s) of the item(s) you need to return, and a brief explanation of why you need to return the item(s).

• Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with an RMA number, as well as instructions for shipping the item back to us.

• Please ensure that all returns sent to Speed RC are well packaged, and are shipped with a Tracking Number and Insurance.  If your return is damaged or lost in transit, Speed RC is not responsible.

• Once your return is received by Speed RC, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.  We will email you once your return is processed.

Defective Merchandise

• Please contact our Customer Service team by Online Chat, Email, or Phone (1-844-722-2771).  Please provide the Order Number and the Part Number of the defective item, as well as a brief description of the problem with the product.

• We will investigate the issue, as well as the policy of the manufacturer that makes the product, and advise you on next steps.  Depending on the manufacturer’s policies, we may be able to assist you with a return or replacement — or you may have to work directly with the manufacturer.  If the manufacturer is not responsive or does not provide you with a timely resolution, please contact our Customer Service team so we can assist.
